Woman charged over alleged assault of teen cafe worker
A 52-year-old Footscray woman has been charged with recklessly causing injury following an alleged assault on 19-year-old cafe worker Anais Poupon in Essendon on April 25. Police allege the woman struck plates from Poupon's hands, chipping her tooth. The woman was arrested Saturday and bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on August 17.
