Australian Unity Office Fund sells Brisbane tower for $40 million
Australian Unity Office Fund sold a largely vacant Brisbane CBD tower for $40 million, less than half its 2017 value of $105.75 million. The 18-storey building at 150 Charlotte Street is subject to shareholder and government approval and has already faced plans for conversion into student accommodation. Settlement is anticipated in mid-2026.
