Teens charged after alleged car theft attempt in Queensland
Two 17-year-old boys were charged with a violent car theft attempt on Friday in Surfers Paradise, Queensland. The teenagers allegedly assaulted a 42-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman during the incident, which involved a struggle over a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Both are scheduled to appear in Southport Children’s Court on June 17.
