Child protection workers stood down over Kumanjayi Little Baby
Northern Territory Child Protection Minister Robyn Cahill announced three department staffers have been stood down following an investigation into five-year-old Kumanjayi Little Baby's death last month. The girl's body was found near an Alice Springs town camp, and a 47-year-old man was charged with her murder. Cahill said a broader independent investigation into the department's structure would be undertaken.
