Lani Pallister completes hat-trick of freestyle titles at Australian Open Championships

Lani Pallister won her third freestyle title at the Australian Open Championships on Wednesday, triumphing in the 1500 metres at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre with a time of 15 minutes 44.07 seconds. The 23-year-old swimmer added the long distance crown to her previous 400m and 800m titles. Australian trials for the Commonwealth Games will be held from June 7-13.
