Sydney-Wollongong commuters finally get start date for new intercity trains

Starting next Tuesday, NSW’s new multibillion-dollar Mariyung trains will begin service on the South Coast rail line from Kiama to Sydney. The fleet will initially consist of seven trains, with a significant increase in service frequency planned later this year.
