A truck driver has been charged with drug-driving after a crash on January 8 that killed three-year-old Ineza King in Banya, south-west of Caloundra. The driver, 56, rear-ended a vehicle carrying a mother and her two young daughters, leading to critical injuries for both girls. The man is scheduled to appear in court on April 23.
