Man who bashed and doused Lauren Huxley in petrol denied parole
Robert Black Farmer, who bashed and doused 18-year-old Lauren Huxley in petrol in November 2005, has been denied parole by the NSW State Parole Authority. The authority cited Farmer's ongoing denial of responsibility and community protection concerns in refusing his release. Huxley survived with permanent brain damage and has become an advocate for victims' rights.
