AFL icon Neale Daniher dies at 65 after motor neurone disease battle

Neale Daniher, the AFL icon and former Australian of the Year who fought motor neurone disease for 13 years, died Monday aged 65. Victoria will grant him a state funeral, with his wife Jan accepting Premier Jacinta Allan's offer.
