Zohran Mamdani still making money from fleeting rap career, filings show
New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani reported earning $1,643 in music royalties last year from his brief rap career. The 34-year-old Democrat, who rapped under the names Young Cardamon and Mr Cardamon, also disclosed a total household income of roughly $145,000, with the majority from his Assembly salary.
