A new guide called "Put The Kettle On" helps adult children have crucial conversations with aging parents about their end-of-life wishes. Only 14 percent of Australians over 65 have advance care directives. Clinical psychologist Jo Lamble designed five gentle questions to discuss what living well means, avoiding emergency decisions made in hospital corridors at 2am.
