Billionaire couple’s Toorak house sells for $51.5 million
The late billionaire Marc Besen's Toorak mansion sold for $51.5 million to a corporate entity owned by accountant Craig Holland and his family. The 6,300-square-metre property represents a significant upgrade from Holland's previous Hampton residence, which sold for $1.73 million in 2014. Besen, a Holocaust survivor, built his $2.23 billion fortune through the Sussan retail group.
