House empty more than a year after 69-year-old renter forced out

Linda Braam, 69, was forced to leave her rental home in Geraldton in late 2024, which has remained vacant for over a year. The state government confirmed that the property is part of a new public housing initiative but has faced delays with 124 of 1,107 public housing properties in the area still unoccupied.
