Getting children to eat their vegetables starts in the womb, researchers suggest
Researchers at Durham University found that children exposed to vegetable flavors in the womb remain more receptive to those vegetables years later. Pregnant women consumed carrot or kale powder capsules; their children showed positive responses to the same vegetables at birth, three weeks, and age three.
