WA junior doctors leaving the profession due to burnout: report
A survey of 1,300 West Australian junior doctors found 56 percent reporting moderate-to-high burnout, up 4 percent year-on-year, the Australian Medical Association WA said Tuesday. More than half lack training opportunities, while one-in-three fear reporting adverse behaviors.
