NT police face no charges in Kumanjayi White's restrained death at Coles
Northern Territory police will not charge officers in the May 2025 death of Kumanjayi White, a 24-year-old Warlpiri man who died while restrained at an Alice Springs Coles supermarket. Police Commissioner Martin Dole said the Director of Public Prosecutions found insufficient evidence for prosecution.
