Northern suburbs churches open to rough sleepers as winter hits
After seeing people sleeping outdoors and in a coach’s box at Yulong Reserve in Bundoora while walking his dog 18 months ago, Brendan Murphy decided something had to be done. He also saw rough sleepers in car parks at Bundoora Square shopping centre and next to the Banyule City Council offices in Greensborough.
