South African golf star Garrick Higgo penalised for lateness at PGA Championship:
Sluggish South African Garrick Higgo has begrudgingly accepted his fate after copping a costly two-stroke penalty for being late for the opening round of the PGA Championship . Higgo was only seconds late for his 7.18am tee time at Aronimink Golf Club in Pennsylvania and ended the day just two shots off the lead with a one-under-par 69.
