Man accused of murder inside psychiatric hospital
Joel Steinbock, 31, was charged with murder after allegedly killing a fellow patient at the Swanston Centre psychiatric facility in Geelong on February 23. The deceased, a 31-year-old Highton man, was found by emergency services after the incident. Steinbock, who is remanded in custody, is scheduled to appear in court again in August.
