Construction of Elisi apartment block starts in July amid strong demand
Construction of the Elisi apartment block will begin in July on the site of a former flower shop in West End. The eight-storey building will feature 30 three-bedroom units and amenities including a rooftop pool. Despite criticism from locals over rapid development, sales agent Doug Tonkin reports strong interest with about 12 units already.
