Chefs assemble 440.6-metre tiramisu, break Guinness World Record in London
Chefs in London broke the Guinness World Record for the longest tiramisu on Saturday, assembling a 440.6-metre dessert. A hundred Italian chefs used two tonnes of mascarpone and 19,000 eggs, surpassing the previous record of 273.5 metres set in Milan. Portions from the massive cake will be sold to raise money for charity.
