Murderer convicted of 1999 crime back in custody for breaching parole
Garry Thompson, convicted of murdering heroin dealer Jodi-Ann Trueman in 1999, returned to custody for repeatedly breaching parole by using drugs. South Australia's Supreme Court ordered the 54-year-old to serve an additional 12 months in prison after testing positive for methamphetamine multiple times since his 2021 release.
