Multiple people seriously injured in bus crash as helicopters arrive on scene
A bus carrying 29 people crashed on Queensland's Bruce Highway near Gumlu on Thursday afternoon, leaving two passengers in life-threatening condition. Emergency helicopters from Mackay and Townsville transported the most seriously injured to hospital after 5pm. Police said crash details remain under investigation.
