Luke Hodge resigns from All-Australian committee to protect TAB betting relationship
Luke Hodge resigned from the AFL's All-Australian selection committee Tuesday to preserve his commercial relationship with bookmaker TAB. The four-time Hawthorn premiership player, added to the panel in February, said stepping down protected "the integrity of the side" when picked. Hodge joins Kane Cornes in leaving the committee over betting industry.
