Police did no risk assessment of Jewish festival before terror attack
NSW Police conducted no risk assessment of the Chanukah By The Sea festival at Bondi Beach before two gunmen killed 15 people in December, a royal commission heard Monday. Community Security Group had warned police an attack was "likely" and requested officers be stationed at the event, but police deployed only mobile patrols instead.
