'Absolutely thrilled': Canberra's RSPCA to get new facility out of federal budget
Australia's federal budget allocated $30 million Tuesday to build a new RSPCA facility in Canberra's Pialligo, replacing the animal welfare organization's 40-year-old centre at Weston. RSPCA ACT chief Michelle Robertson called it "a one in a generation opportunity" for animal welfare.
