Luke Raymond James Ritchie appears in court as police investigate fiancee’s death
Luke Raymond James Ritchie, 35, appeared in court Thursday after police found his fiancee dead outside a Joondalup apartment complex Wednesday morning. Ritchie told magistrates he discovered her unresponsive and left her with paramedics before fleeing. He was arrested hours later and charged with nine offences including drug possession and driving without authority.
