Refusal to work with CFMEU cost contractor major work, inquiry told
CPB general manager Vince Sanfilippo testified Wednesday that the company lost its bid for a $9.8 billion state hospital expansion due to non-cooperation with the CFMEU. Sanfilippo recounted a conversation with former CFMEU leader Jade Ingham, who suggested that the loss was a result of not engaging with the union.
