Two ISIS Brides charged with slavery offences after landing in Melbourne
Two Islamic State-linked women were charged with slavery offences after arriving in Melbourne on Thursday. Kawsar Abbas, 54, and daughter Zeinab, 31, face charges including enslavement and slave trading, each carrying maximum 25-year sentences. The pair, who spent seven years in a Syrian refugee camp, allegedly kept a female slave in their home after traveling to Syria in 2014.
