Max Spencer charged with Hayley McClenahan-Ernst's murder after renewed investigation
Max Spencer, 30, was charged with the murder of Hayley McClenahan-Ernst following a renewed investigation into her suspicious death in May 2017 in Kingswood, Sydney. The case had remained unsolved for nine years until investigators arrested Spencer at a property in Bucca. He will appear in court in June and did not apply.
