Sam Walker makes State of Origin debut for Queensland in Game I
Queensland coach Billy Slater said he was "pleasantly surprised" by Sam Walker's skill level ahead of the halfback's State of Origin debut in Game I on Wednesday night at Accor Stadium in Sydney. Walker, 23, earned selection over North Queensland's Jake Clifford and will replace reigning player of the series Tom Dearden.
